• Open start menu
• Type CMD
• Run "CMD" as administrator
• Type "diskpart" in cmd
• Then type "list disk" 
• Then type "select disk 1" (number of disks depend on your number of hards (0 to 4)
• Then type "clean"
• Close CMD
• Right-Click on my computer and select "manage"
• Then click on "disk management" 
• Select the disk and right-click and then click new volume
• Then enter the information you want.
• Press the next button until it closes.
• Your USB now repaired.
